Who we are
MojarSoft is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working with clients worldwide. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
- What you send through our forms. The project form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the services you are interested in, an optional budget and timeframe, and your message. The newsletter form asks only for your email address.
- Messages you send directly. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or use the live chat, we receive what you send and the contact details you share.
- Usage data, only with your permission. If you allow analytics cookies, we measure which pages are visited and how the site is used. If you allow marketing cookies, ad measurement tools can load. See the Cookie Policy.
- Privacy-friendly page statistics. Our hosting provider counts page views without cookies and without identifying you personally.
- Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic request details, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

- To understand how the site is used and fix what doesn’t work, where you allowed it

Legal bases (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on these lawful bases:
- Consent: analytics and marketing cookies, and newsletters. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Steps before a contract, and the contract itself: replying to project enquiries and delivering work you hire us for.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the site secure and working, and basic, non-identifying statistics.
- Legal obligation: keeping records the law requires, such as invoices.
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of service providers. They process information only to provide their service to us.
- Vercel: hosts the website and provides cookieless page statistics.
- Resend: delivers the messages you send through our forms to our inbox, and stores newsletter subscriber addresses.
- Sentry: receives error reports from our servers so we can fix problems. We remove names, email addresses and phone numbers from these reports.
- Google Analytics: usage analytics, only after you allow analytics cookies.
- Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag: ad measurement, only after you allow marketing cookies.
- Crisp: the live chat on our website. If you start a chat, Crisp stores your messages and the details you share so we can reply. It uses only technical cookies, not tracking cookies.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us there, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and messages for as long as we need them to respond and, if a project follows, for the length of that project and its support. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law sets. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete the information or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete information we no longer need
- Limit or object to how we use it
- Give you your information in a portable format
Email hello@mojarsoft.com to make a request. We respond within one month, as the GDPR requires. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based in other countries, including the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
