Who we are
MojarSoft is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We design and build websites, web and mobile applications, SaaS products, online stores and AI automation for businesses worldwide.
Project work
Information on this website describes what we do; it is not an offer to provide a service on particular terms. Every project starts with a written quote and agreement that sets out the scope, what is included, the price, the payment schedule, timelines and the support after launch. If anything in these terms conflicts with your project agreement, the project agreement applies.

Who owns the work
- Your custom code. The custom source code we build for your project becomes yours once it is paid for, as set out in your project agreement. You receive access to it and documentation at handover.
- Existing tools and open-source software. Some projects use tools, libraries or components that existed before your project, including open-source software. These remain with their owners, and you receive the rights you need to use them as part of your product. The project agreement lists anything with separate licence terms.
- This website. The content, design and code of mojarsoft.com belong to MojarSoft unless marked otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat information you share about your business as confidential. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request before you share anything sensitive.
Example builds
Interfaces on this site labelled “Example build” are illustrations of the kind of software we make. They are not client projects, and any names, figures or products shown in them are illustrative.
Using this website
Please do not use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, attempt to access systems you are not allowed to, collect data from the site at scale, or pretend to be someone else.
Links to other websites
The site links to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty for the website
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. Guides and articles are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MojarSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for project work is set out in the project agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws where you live still apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
