SaaS products

A SaaS product is software people sign up for and pay to use, usually by subscription. We help you plan a useful first version and build the product together with the tools needed to run it.

Often built with Billing, Auth, Dashboards.

See an example build: SaaS dashboard

What you’ll have at the end

A product customers can sign up for, pay for and keep using.

  • A plan for a useful first version of the product
  • Sign-up, accounts and team access
  • Subscription plans and payments
  • An admin area to run the product, plus the source code

Is this right for you?

If any of these sound familiar, we can help.

I have an idea for software other businesses would pay for.
We built something for ourselves and want to sell it to others.
Our product needs accounts, plans and payments that work properly.

What we can help with.

Build a product people can sign up for, use and return to. We help define a useful first release, then connect the product experience with the operational tools behind it.

  1. Workspaces & access

Accounts and roles, with each customer’s data kept separate and secure.

  2. Subscriptions

Plan selection, billing flows and access rules that match your business model.

  3. Product operations

Admin tools, onboarding and reporting to help you run the service.

How it works.

Four steps, the same for every project. Choose a step to see what happens.

Step 1 of 4: what you see

Hi, we take bookings by phone and it’s getting messy. Can customers book online instead?

Yes, that’s a good fit. Two quick questions: how many staff take bookings, and do you already use a calendar?

What do I receive with a SaaS product?

Typically: a plan for a useful first version of the product; sign-up, accounts and team access; subscription plans and payments; an admin area to run the product, plus the source code. The exact list is agreed in writing before work begins.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Describe the problem and what you want to change. We explain the options in plain words and what each one means for your budget.

Can you work with what we already have?

Yes. We start by reviewing your current setup and its limits. The proposal explains what can be reused and where changes are needed.

How are cost and timing agreed?

We agree on scope, deliverables and milestones before work starts. The quote reflects that scope, and any change is discussed before it is added.

What happens after delivery?

You receive everything agreed in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance and support are agreed separately so responsibilities are clear.
