UI/UX design

UI/UX design decides how a website or app looks and how easy it is to use. We study how people use it, then design clear screens that developers can build from.

Often built with Figma, Prototypes, Design systems.

What you’ll have at the end

Clear, tested screen designs and a visual style your product can grow with.

  • A clear map of how people move through the product
  • Designs for every important screen
  • A clickable prototype to try before building
  • A simple style guide your developers can follow

Is this right for you?

If any of these sound familiar, we can help.

People get confused or give up halfway through our app.
Our product works, but it looks dated next to competitors.
We need designs ready before development starts.

What we can help with.

Make the product clear before making it bigger. We work through the journeys, content and interface details that help people understand what to do next.

  1. Research & flows

Map user needs, important tasks and the points where the current experience breaks down.

  2. Interface design

Design responsive screens with real content, accessible controls and useful empty states.

  3. Design systems

Reusable components, interaction rules and handoff notes your developers can use.

How it works.

Four steps, the same for every project. Choose a step to see what happens.

Step 1 of 4: what you see

Hi, we take bookings by phone and it’s getting messy. Can customers book online instead?

Yes, that’s a good fit. Two quick questions: how many staff take bookings, and do you already use a calendar?

What do I receive with UI/UX design?

Typically: a clear map of how people move through the product; designs for every important screen; a clickable prototype to try before building; a simple style guide your developers can follow. The exact list is agreed in writing before work begins.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Describe the problem and what you want to change. We explain the options in plain words and what each one means for your budget.

Can you work with what we already have?

Yes. We start by reviewing your current setup and its limits. The proposal explains what can be reused and where changes are needed.

How are cost and timing agreed?

We agree on scope, deliverables and milestones before work starts. The quote reflects that scope, and any change is discussed before it is added.

What happens after delivery?

You receive everything agreed in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance and support are agreed separately so responsibilities are clear.
